Services
As a new small business in the education homeschooling sector, my services will be expanding over time. Currently I am providing online consultancy to assist families in navigating learning from home or whilst on the road. All these services can be provided through either email or video communication.
Online Tutoring
One on one online tutoring; for either half hour or hour sessions.
Lesson structures include:
- One off introduction or re-enforcing lesson on predetermined subject.
- Reoccurring lessons that are taught in sequential order in an area of your choosing.
Education Guidance
Learning occurs differently in everybody. I can discuss both your goals for your child and their goals and assist in creating a learning environment that supports all. This may include:
- Finding programs
- Adjusting programs to suit capabilities
- Curriculum or assessment support
Curriculum Support
The curriculum is designed to be utilised by teachers. As a teacher I can help you navigate through how to utilise it.
How I can help:
- Connecting lessons and work to outcomes
- Assisting planning programs
- Exploring cross-curricular connections
Portfolio Assistance
Assistance with collating and displaying evidence for AP for homeschooling applications. I work with traditional homeschool families and unschooling families.
I can also review your resources and application before official review.
Assessment
Assessment guidance within programs being used or how to organically check your child's learning within the tasks.
Quick online video assessments on subjects of your choosing available on request.
Resources
A collection of resources for downloading or printing that can be used for independent work and work samples as evidence of learning.
Resources are grouped by age.
Some resources are focussed on individual skills whilst others are based around a concept with multiple curriculum connections.

Video Tutorials
Videos designed to teach or reinforce a particular skill.
These videos are filmed as a series and can be used as so, or as a stand alone.
Most of these videos have a literacy or numeracy focus.
There are also video tutorials on how to use specific resources in the resource centre. These are aimed at parents for clarification.
